Kathleen Grace is the chief executive officer of New Form. She guides the company’s mission to become the next generation studio by driving all aspects of creating, distributing and marketing high-quality, scripted programming for today’s millennial audiences. As an experienced creator herself, Grace is uniquely qualified to deeply understand all aspects of the business. Grace was recently selected for Broadcasting & Cable’s 2017 “Digital All-Stars” list and Variety’s 2017 “Digital Entertainment Execs to Watch.”
JC Cangilla helms all business, operations and strategy for New Form. Cangilla oversees and executes distribution deals, partnership development, licensing agreements, operations, marketing, communications and legal for the studio. Leveraging New Form’s high-profile production partners and talent, Cangilla develops customized opportunities across multiple platforms that are redefining business models for digital video success.
Melissa Schneider leads all development and creative for New Form. With an extensive background in both digital and traditional media, Schneider seeks out and cultivates emerging digital talent, working with them to make burgeoning ideas a reality. These visions come to life in the form of pilots and series for the social media generation. Her creative approach to development deliver engaging scripted-stories that are unique to New Form.
Jodi Flicker serves as the head of marketing for New Form, overseeing all brand and consumer marketing initiatives. Prior to joining New Form, Flicker was an executive marketing consultant for Warner Bros Digital after serving as VP, audience development in the Warner Bros Worldwide Television Marketing Group and as VP, marketing/audience development at CBS Interactive. Flicker has made a career specializing in emerging areas of consumer marketing.
Jessica Kantor is New Form’s general counsel, overseeing corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives for the company. Kantor, who was featured on The Hollywood Reporter’s Next Gen 35 under 35 list, has been involved in some of the most interesting work in recent Hollywood history, having most recently served as Legendary’s vice president of business and legal affairs during a period of monster growth, overseeing legal strategy and business transactions for the studio’s development slate and global productions including Godzilla, 42, Pacific Rim, Krampus, Crimson Peak, and the upcoming Warcraft, The Great Wall, and Kong: Skull Island.
Sarah Malkin is VP, programming for content studio New Form. In this newly created role, Malkin oversees the development, production, and distribution of content on New Form-controlled outlets. Malkin will define a scripted content strategy for the studio on emerging distribution platforms and cultivate new partnerships to extend the brand. Malkin joins New Form from Maker Studios where she served in key executive roles as vice president of programming, general manager of Life+Style, and head of branded entertainment. Her leadership helped usher the company from start-up through hyper growth to eventual acquisition by Disney.
Geoff Ferguson leads New Form’s strategic partnerships and expanded brand efforts. Geoff connects partners with millennial consumers by integrating brands into NF’s premium scripted series and pilots. In a world of savvy consumers accustomed to ad skipping and blocking, Geoff aims to build an innovative sales organization that will develop opportunities for advertisers through a new form of branded entertainment.
